His deep experience in parcel program development and network design makes him a critical resource for shippers striving to implement product fulfillment, order placement and inventory deployment strategies that improve speed and quality of service to end customers. Todd spent more than 20 years working for UPS, where his career progression spanned from operations, Corporate Industrial Engineering and Corporate Marketing before he ascended to Corporate Pricing Manager. He earned an MBA from Shorter College, a master’s certificate in project management from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from The University of Toledo. Todd is a 2016 Supply & Demand Chain Executive Pro to Know.

Bernie Reeb Parcel OperationsBernie Reeb’s three decades spent in operations, pricing and managing parcel shipping rate structures for UPS gives him insider understanding of how evolving small package service demands impact carrier pricing. A retired Director of Rates and Revenue Management, Bernie led development of corporate pricing and revenue policies and procedures that maximized profitability for UPS, including UPS Smart Pickup and accessorials launched by UPS during the past 15 years. He introduced Ground DIM weight, managed UPS Fuel Surcharge and spent time in Europe, Asia and Canada managing UPS global pricing. His expert perspective offers small package shippers an opportunity to improve their parcel shipping program alignment with carrier pricing models to minimize cost and increase service performance.
