NEW LOOK TO TRANSPORTATION INSIGHT'S CLIENT/CARRIER LOGIN PAGE
HICKORY, NC, April 12, 2010 – On April 19, 2010 the Transportation Insight login page will be updated to include three links:
1. Classic Web Tools will link most existing users to our classic applications (Insight Rater®, Insight Tracker®, Insight BOL®, etc.)
2. Insight TMS™ will link newer clients (circa 1 Jan 2010), carriers, and older clients desiring more capability to our most powerful Insight TMS™ applications (rate shop, tracking with notifications, bill-of-lading creation, tendering, load consolidation, bid boards, etc.)
3. Claims will link any users needing to identify, track, or manage freight claims.
Note that if you have forgotten your username or password, or if it has expired, please use the ‘How do I get a UserId?' or ‘Forgot your password?' links on the respective login pages to send a request.
